| Development Assistant (General) |
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (only pass class required for SC / ST / PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution established under Central/State Legislature, an Act of Parliament, or declared as a Deemed University under Section-3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
- In addition, candidates must have knowledge of word processing on a personal computer (PC).

| Development Assistant (Hindi) |
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University, studied in English or Hindi medium, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects, securing minimum 50% aggregate marks (pass class for SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates), OR a Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with the same minimum marks criteria.
- Additionally, candidates must be able to translate from English to Hindi and Hindi to English and should have knowledge of word processing on a personal computer (PC).
