They should be enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate and must have at least 2 years of experience either as an Advocate or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a bank, financial institution, statutory corporation, company, or State/Central Government. The age limit is 21 to 32 years, i.e., candidates must be born between 02 August 1993 and 01 August 2004 (both dates inclusive).
